CHRISTCHURCH TORIES SELECT JAMES SPENCER

Christchurch Conservatives have selected James Spencer as their candidate for the Council by-election to be held on 3rd July. James who lives in the Ward is 31 years old and a local businessman. He has been active within the local Party as a member of the Branch committee, a member of the Executive of Bexleyheath and Crayford Conservative Association and played a large part in the local campaign for the recent London elections.

James commented " I am really looking forward to the campaign and meeting people on the doorsteps. I believe that Bexley Conservative Council is doing a tremendous job for local people despite the Labour government. I very much hope to join the Council to serve the people of Christchurch and our Borough."

James is pictured in the Broadway Bexleyheath on Saturday morning (31/5/08) with David Evennett MP meeting shoppers and residents and discussing local issues.
